助動詞の鉄則とは
助動詞の後は必ず動詞の原形！
例を見てみましょう。
I will write a letter tonight.（私は、今夜、手紙を書くつもりです。）
She can speak English well.（彼女は、上手に英語を話すことができる。）
You may go home now.（あなたは、今、家に帰ってもよい。）
I must get up early.（私は、はやく起きる必要がある。）
下線部を見るとわかると思いますが、助動詞の後には必ず動詞の原形がきていて
will, can, may, mustとそれぞれ動詞に、意味を補っています。
will, can, may, mustなどは、動詞の意味を補う言葉なので助動詞と呼ばれています。
あくまで、原則なので、そうでない場合もあるよ。それでも、まずは、原則を知っておく必要があります。
